What can I expect at my appointment?
Your private clinician will collect the necessary urine samples and swabs when you arrive at your chosen clinic. No awkward or embarrassing swabs and no fasting or dietary restrictions are required. We recommend not using the bathroom for two hours before your appointment to ensure a sufficient urine sample can be taken.
How will I get my results?
Your results will be uploaded onto your secure online Patient Area as soon as they become available. Once the test results are ready, we will contact you directly by a method of your choice of email, text, or phone call.
What if my results reveal that I have an STI?
Do not worry if your test results are positive. Most STIs are completely curable, and we will help you access the medication you will need for a complete recovery. If necessary, your Better2Know doctor will refer you for specialist treatment.
